2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. When you access the website, technically necessary connection data may be processed in server logs, including IP address, timestamp, requested resource, response status, referrer and user-agent information. Processing is necessary to deliver and secure the website and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log retention is limited to what is technically and operationally necessary.

3. AI Profit Test

The AI Profit Test runs locally in your browser. The answers and score are not transmitted to the server and are not stored by this website.

4. Contact by email

If you contact Maurice by email, the information you provide is processed to handle your B2B enquiry and any resulting pre-contractual or contractual communication. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the communication concerns a contract or pre-contractual measures, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other legitimate business communication. Correspondence is retained only as long as needed for the purpose and applicable legal retention duties.

5. Appointment booking

The booking button may link to a Google Calendar appointment page. No booking service is embedded on this website. Google processes data only after you follow that external link. The privacy information shown on the booking service applies in addition to this policy.

6. External social-media links

This website contains ordinary links to LinkedIn, Instagram and X. No social-media plugins, feeds or tracking pixels are embedded. Data may be processed by the respective platform only after you follow a link.

7. Cookies and analytics

The public website does not use marketing cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or third-party web fonts in its launch configuration. Technically necessary security or session mechanisms may be used only where required for protected applications outside this public website.

8. Recipients and international transfers

Technical service providers may receive data only where necessary to provide hosting, email or booking services. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers are based on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

9. Retention

Personal data is deleted when it is no longer required for its purpose, unless statutory retention duties, the establishment or defence of legal claims, or security requirements justify continued retention.

10. Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to protect the website and data processed through it. Internet transmission cannot, however, be guaranteed to be completely secure.
